The taste has remained the same and so has the quantity, quality and taste of what goes in between. Just a call away and the fastest to be prepared, this burger has my heart. Try it out with chilli ketchup or best with a shot of chilli mayonnaise. It comes with lettuce, mayonnaise, a chicken steak and a slice of cheese in between the buns. BUTTERMILK FRIED CHICKEN BURGER FROM THE BURNING GIRAFFE — it’s priced at Rs 850 and is undoubtedly one of the best burgers in town. It’s moist, soft, crunchy and buttery and has a generous helping of fries to go with it. It’s worth all your money, time and effort to go all the way to The Burning Giraffe and order away. Bite in and feel your woes going away. CHICKEN BURGER FROM SALT’N PEPPER — classic and incomparable, the Chicken Burger from Salt’n Pepper is golden to this day. The restaurant itself may not be attracting that much traffic, considering the saturation in the food market, but this burger was one of the pioneers of the very meal in Lahore. What makes the burger unique is that it does not have much going on, is simple and extremely delicious. It comes with a thick juicy chicken steak, a unique sauce, a slice of cheese and a moist bun. THE PITT MASTER BURGER FROM THE WAREHOUSE CAFÉ — the burger right here will make you fall in love with beef burgers. It’s priced at Rs 595 and is served with caramelised onions and sautéed mushrooms with cheese and a large serving of fries as well. The beef is well done, not at all chewy, is rich in taste and super soft and moist. CRISPY BUTTERMILK CHICKEN BURGER FROM SLATE EATERY — it’s priced at Rs 650 and is served with a tangy cabbage slaw and pickles along with fries. I was very surprised when I first tried it out, owing to how delicious, moist and flavourful it was and I remember telling my food partner, that this burger right there just put other restaurants serving buttermilk burgers out of business.
