Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers and people called on Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar at Circuit House Multan. Usman Buzdar listened to the problems of party workers, general public and issued on the spot orders for solution of their problems. He went to each and every person, shook hands with party workers, people and also asked about their wellbeing. Secretaries of different departments were also present on this occasion. PTI is the most popular political party under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan, he added. Workers are the asset of PTI and we will resolve and redress their due problems, he stated. He said that whichever city he visits, he always meets with party workers. The doors of CM Office are opened for the party workers, added Usman Buzdar. The province has been set in the right direction during a span of one year. New programmes have also been launched for welfare of the common citizens, he stated. PTI government will expand the scope of welfare projects like shelter-homes across the province. “I not only feel the pain of common man’s distress but also understand it”, he stressed. Punjab government is undertaking every step which is giving direct benefit to the common man. “I myself listen to the grievances of masses and get them resolved”, he concluded. Meanwhile, Buzdar on his return to Lahore from Multan paid surprise visits at Mian Channu, Sahiwal and Okara. He also reviewed cleanliness conditions, law and order and steps being taken for eradication of dengue. He visited Mian Channu while coming back from Multan. Usman Buzdar also reviewed overall conditions and traffic management of the city. He also reviewed cleanliness conditions of the city in Mian Channu. The citizens of Mian Channu were taken by surprise on the sudden arrival of Usman Buzdar. Cleanliness conditions and other administrative matters should be improved in all big and small cities across the province, he directed. Traffic system should also be improved for facilitating daily movements of people, he directed. Later on, Usman Buzdar reached Sahiwal and reviewed cleanliness and other matters of the city. He also reviewed the performance of PHA in Sahiwal city and expressed his satisfaction over its performance. An emergency meeting also took place under the chair of Usman Buzdar at Circuit House Sahiwal. Commissioner Sahiwal Division, RPO and DPO Sahiwal also gave a detailed briefing to him. He was also given briefing on dengue control and matters relating to health. He directed while addressing during the meeting that staff should remain active and vigilant all the time in order to completely control dengue disease and no negligence will be tolerated in this regard. RPO Sahiwal division and DPO Sahiwal also gave a briefing about law and order. He directed the police officials to adopt no tolerance attitude towards crime and also directed to safeguard the life and property of citizens at every cost. All possible resources will be provided to the police in order to control and overcome the crime, he added. “I will continue to pay surprise visits to different cities in order to review law and order situation, cleanliness conditions, traffic management and other affairs”, he stated. Usman Buzdar said that in order to ascertain real problems of the people, he will continue his visits to the cities and can visit any city in order to review the performance of police and administration. Talking to media persons at Okara, he said that those holding march when arrive, will be seen. Much has been talked about Maulana and there is no need to talk further. The performance of cabinet is minutely monitored and the performances of all ministries are also reviewed, he stated. If need arises then ministries can be reshuffled, he maintained. It is the sole privilege of CM to reshuffle ministries. Whosoever delivers will remain in his office and whosoever do not deliver will not continue, he emphasised. He will visit Okara again, will listen to all the problems in detail and will also undertake steps for their redressal, he added. The demand of setting up Trauma center at Okara will be fulfilled soon. Punjab government is also in contact with Federal Railways Minister for establishing railway crossing. He said that he also sought a report from Commissioner Sahiwal regarding non-functioning of the mobile health unit. Administration and all concerned departments are alert for the eradication of dengue, he stated. He also promised to pay sympathetic consideration to the demands of journalists. PTI office-bearers and party workers also met with Chief Minister Usman Buzdar at Civil Rest House. Usman Buzdar went to each and every person and shook hands with them.
