An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Wednesday resuming the hearing of a case pertaining to the attack on a Mumbai hotel and ordered the prosecution for completion of arguments on the next date regarding a plea of recalling all the nineteen witnesses who have already testified. The ATC-I judge Raja Sajjad Abbas resumed the hearing, whereas the prosecution argued for recalling of witnesses already testified. The judge ordered the prosecution to complete the arguments, after which the court would decide whether it was necessary to call already testified witnesses. It may be added that the Islamabad High Court on a petition of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) had issued directions to the ATC for recalling witnesses who have already testified or could not do so. The hearing of post-arrest bail application of five accused in the case was also adjourned.
