SUKKUR: Fazlur Rehman, chief of his own faction of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl, on Wednesday said Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto cannot give a date as he does not know about his own date. “He (Bilawal) should give advice rather than giving dictation (to others),” the cleric said this while talking to reporters. He called for an investigation into PIA aircraft crash and termed the incident a serious issue, saying all the PIA aircraft should be grounded for inspection. Those found responsible should be punished, he demanded. “We are not against the National Action Plan, but we are against discriminatory treatment,” he remarked. No one involved in major attacks is affiliated with seminaries, he added. He stressed that no one would be allowed to enact legislation against Islam. To a question, he said Kashmir was a political issue which should be resolved politically. India is demonstrating irresponsible attitude, he said, adding that Kashmiris were suffering from perpetual agony in the wake of atrocities being perpetrated by Indian troops. He urged the international human rights organisations to take notice of brutalities and human rights violations by the Indian forces in the disputed state. “Why are they (rights groups) silent?” he questioned.
