Zardari said that Pakistanis were depressed and there was a sense of hopelessness in the country. Speaking on Kashmir, the PPP co-chairman said that Kashmir would definitely become part of Pakistan. He said, “Our flag in Kashmir is a symbol of hope in front of such a huge Indian army.” Zardari also emphasised the importance of democracy and said that no matter who was in power, there would come a day when the public’s voice would lead the country.
