PANO AQIL: The Chief Justice (CJ), Sindh High Court(SHJC), Justice Sajjad Ali Shah has arrived in Pano Aqil and laid the foundation stone of Rs100.902m judicial complex and cut a cake to celebrate the diamond jubilee of old court building, which was constructed in the year 1916. Addressing the reception, which was hosted by Taluak Bar Association in his honor, CJ promised that the Senior Civil Judge will be posted within 115 days. He said that four courts, bar room and library buildings will be constructed, while the structure of the court will remain same as the current building holds a history of 100 years. He said that books, furniture and internet facilities would be provide to the new buildings. Later, the CJ visited the Ghaotki and attended the reception, which was hosted in his honor by District Bar Association Ghotki. Addressing the reception, the CJ said that he can take action only if anyone submits a complaint about problems in Ghotki, as the Sindh High Court had no sue moto powers and it was only Supreme Court’s jurisdiction under 184 section. He said Banking Court, Labor Court and ATC were established in Sukkur, Ghotki can have these courts only if it receives more than 300-500 cases. He also inaugurated the Identification and Surety branch of Ghotki and announced to handover monthly Rs40000 this branch to the Ghotki Bar CJ Sajjad Ali also visited Taluka Courts at Mirpur Mathelo and announced to establish ATC for Mirpur Mathelo for the benefit of the people there.
