Unannounced electricity outage has badly impacted life in Rawalpindi Cantonment. As per reports, the locals stated that electricity is not there for more than six hours which resulted in water scarcity in the city. “Tube wells remain non-operational on unannounced load-shedding,” they informed. Gawalmandi, Mohan Pura, Bohar Bazar, Arjun Nagar, Landa Bazar, Bara Bazar, Saidpuri Gate, Babhar Bazar, Muslim Town and Javed Colony face unannounced electricity outage.
