LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Friday directed the layers to present further argument for the petition to be maintainable over Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan disqualification of Prime Minister (PM) petition. During the hearing, Justice Shams Mehmood instructed the petitioner’s lawyer to present further arguments for the petition to be maintainable. The petition was filed by Advocate AK Dogar in which he accused PM Khan of inciting public into civil disobedience during former PM Nawaz Sharif’s period. Therefore, the PM does not qualify to be a member of the parliament, the petition further stated.
