ISLAMABAD: A-two member bench of the Supreme Court (SC) on Sunday allowed Sardar Nasarullah Dareshak and his son to contest upcoming general elections, scheduled for July 25. According to the details, the hearing was held by the two-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by the CJP. The counsel for Sardar Nasarullah contended that Indus Sugar Mills was not a property of his client. “Ali Raza has six percent shares in the mills.” It might be recalled that an election tribunal hasd rejected nomination papers of Sardar Dareshak earlier.
