After the Kathua rape-murder case in which an 8-year-old girl, Asifa was brutally raped and murdered in Kashmir on January 17, it appears the collective conscience of celebrities in India and Pakistan has stirred. Keeping the never-ending India-Pakistan tensions aside, celebrities from both sides have come together and expressed their concerns and shock at the case. Pakistani and Indian actors tweeted in line with condemning the incident and expressing their protest. Armeena Rana Khan, Anushka Sharma, Sanjay Dutt, Farhan Akhtar and Priyanka Chopra are amongst the many celebrities who condemned the tragic incident.
