KHYBER AGENCY: In two separate incidents of bomb explosions, a child got injure here in Piro Khel area of tehsil Landi Kotal of Khyber Agency. The administration and local sources told that the first happen, took place in Piro Khel at 9:00 pm of Tuesday night when Improvised Explosive Device (IED) planted by unknown militants at road side, adjacent to Papus Market went off with big-bang. However due to late hours no casualty was occurred. Similarly in the second incident, occurred near Inzari check point a minor boy was hit by anti-man mine left him seriously wounded. According to Assistant Political Agent, Landi Kotal Niaz Mohammad the mine that had been concealed by undisclosed miscreants, burst when 9 years old son of guard who looked after the plants in the area placed his feet on it. serious injuries and was shifted to Landi Kotal hospital for medical treatment, hospital sources told. Soon after the incidents the Khasadar force personnel moved to the sites and collected evidences for the spots for investigation, Khasadar sources told. The security agencies personnel launched search operation and eighteen suspected were arrested and shifted to Landi Kotal lock up for investigation, administration official told.
