LAHORE: Federal Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique on Sunday said PML-N doesn’t have any ambition to ‘lock horns” with the judiciary. PML-N is not implementing any “policy of confrontation” with the judiciary, said Rafique while addressing his father’s death ceremony in Lahore. He further said PML-N will run its election campaign under the leadership of Nawaz Sharif, adding only democracy will flourish in Pakistan. The new parliament will form through the votes of common people, not through decisions made behind “closed doors”. Moreover, he termed Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa’s recent briefing to Senate as a “significant event” and added that COAS clearly supported the democratic setup.
