LARKANA: At least nine people died and several others were left injured after a bus overturned in the outskirts of Larkana on Wagan Road late Tuesday. The bus was on its way from Larkana to Sehwan and according to sources, the passenger bus overturned due to over speeding and it was also said that the driver of the bus had to apply emergency brakes due to an oncoming motorcycle which caused it to flip. Those who died include Amjad Ali, Hubdar Ali, Sanaullah, Danish, Khalil and an unknown woman. 30 other people were left injured in the incident and two minors also died in the tragic event. The injured were taken to the nearby Chandka Medical Hospital. Every year there are a lot of traffic incidents in Pakistan, according to a general observation there are about 7-10 major traffic mishaps in the country due to which major loss of life is suffered. Recently a school van crashed into a shop in Pakistan’s Buner area, resulting in the loss of life of at least three students and injuries to 10 other students, the cause of the crash was also said to be over speeding.
