Karachi: The Sindh High Court on Thursday expressed dissatisfaction over police report in the missing persons case as a Judge remarked there is no one to care about since people are missing for the last many years. A division bench of SHC headed by Nimatullah Phulpoto heard identical petitions for recovery of over 40 missing persons. During the course of hearing, the court expressed disappointment that measures ordered by the court did not yield any positive results. The judge remarked that the Joint Investigation Team constituted for the recovery of missing persons and the establishment of provincial Task Force has also proved to be exercise in futility. The court also sought reports from DG Rangers and other institutions over the petitions. The bench directed police to take help from model devices and media for recovery of the missing persons. The petitions have been filed over missing of over 40 citizens including Arif, Naveed Ali, Sharek Kamal, Muhammad Mushtaq, Hanif alia Golu.
