Sir: I have been using digital subscriber line (DSL) for three months and submitting my bills regularly. But it has been a burning issue for those who use DSL in Pasni. My DSL connection stopped working recently and I called PTCL to provide me help as soon as possible. However, it sent an employee after five days. He took my device and returned after three days but it is still not working. I called the PTCL helpline more than 10 times but in vain. On December 6 at 10:00 am, I went to the office of the PTCL. However, I was shocked to find nobody there. Why isn’t my problem being solved?
