Foodie

The little Argentine is an absolute foodie, or he used to be. Back when Barcelona signed him as a 13-year-old, he used to eat almost everything, until his dietitian said enough was enough.

Poor Leo. However, he must have his cheat meals every once in a while still. After all, once a foodie, always a foodie.

Messi’s celebration

Wonder why Messi points towards the sky with both arms after scoring a goal every time? That’s because he dedicates his goals to his grandmother who passed away when the Barcelona star was 10-years-old.

Leo was very close to his grandmother, and in fact, she was the one who fought against all odds to admit Messi to a football school.

Messi’s hobbies

Hobby-wise, superstar Lionel Messi is just like any other couch potato. His motto is eat, sleep, Play Station and repeat. Also, he likes to watch Prison Break too.

But ever since he became a father, he loves spending more and more time with his children, and of course his sweetheart, Antonella Roccuzzo.

Hates talking on the phone

To all the introverts out there, you know that feeling so well, don’t you? When the phone rings and it’s apocalypse? Worry not, because that is what Lionel Messi feels too.

And whenever someone needs to say an important thing to him, they say it with an SMS or WhatsApp, that’s how it is.
