National security top priority: Dar

ISLAMABAD: Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has said the government attaches top priority to the national security, especially the ongoing Operation Zarb-e-Azb.

He said this while chairing a meeting, which reviewed the budget for the Pakistan Army for the next fiscal year here on Sunday. The finance minister said that achievements made in the Operation Zarb-e-Azb were significant indeed and “we are all grateful to Allah Almighty for the targets that have been accomplished so far in this operation”.

The meeting also reviewed expenses being incurred on the Operation Zarb-e-Azb. On this occasion, the finance minister said that rehabilitation of the internally displaced people was priority of the government.
