ISLAMABAD: The branches of designated scheduled banks remained open on Friday for the collection of Hajj application forms. The balloting for successful pilgrims would be held tomorrow (Tuesday). Over 200,000 Hajj applications have been received so far under government Hajj Scheme 2016. An official of the ministry said that the branches of designated scheduled banks would remain open today and tomorrow to facilitate the collection of Hajj application forms. The hajj applications will be received till tomorrow (Tuesday).
The successful pilgrims would be chosen through transparent balloting on 29th of this month.
