He said that according to the Act, the authority has also been given the power to bring in any group from all over the world and make them the owners of lands in the style of East India Company. He further said that the authority has also been given the power to mortgage lands of Lahore and collect as many donations as it wants from all over the world. He added that the authority for international loans and foreign funding has also been given to the authority.
Mian Mustafa Rashid said that the Muslim League-Functional also recorded protests all over Sindh against the presidential ordinance issued regarding the islands of Sindh after which the Sindh Assembly passed a resolution against the ordinance.
