Pakistan Navy ready to thwart any aggression posed by enemy: naval chief

Naval Chief Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi has said that Pakistan Navy is ready to thwart any aggression posed by enemy. He was speaking at culmination of Pakistan Navy’s major maritime exercise SEASPARK-20 in North Arabian Sea. Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi reiterated the resolve of Pakistan Navy to stand fully prepared to ensure seaward defence and safeguard national maritime frontiers against wider threat spectrum. Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, General Nadeem Raza, who was the Chief Guest expressed satisfaction over operational readiness of Pakistan Navy and commended the officers and men for their commitment and professionalism. The live weapon firing of anti-ship missiles from various combat platforms including surface, sub-surface and aviation units of Pakistan Navy was hallmark of the exercise.
