As per the local administration official, a Peshawar-bound taxi car collided with a pickup vehicle, after which another car hit the pickup. As a result, two persons, including a child and the taxi driver, died on the spot.
The deceased were identified as taxi driver Muhammad s/o Haji Sabir, a resident of Neiki Khel, Landi Kotal, and an unidentified 1-year-old Afghan national child.
Soon after the incident the local police officials rushed to site, recovered the wounded and the dead of the vehicles wreckage and shifted to Landi Kotal for medical treatment.
