PTI government might not complete its tenure: Murad

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has said that it looks that PTI government will not complete its tenure, and added that Prime Minister Imran Khan was not ruling the government according to the constitution.

He said that following the recent rains, the progress of the provincial government, district administration and departments concerned remained good. He was speaking with journalists at his residence in Wahur village of taluka Sehwan on Tuesday. He was accompanied by PPP MNA Sikandar Ali Rahpoto, Rais Iman u Llah Shahani, DC Jamshoro Captain Fareeduddin Mustafa and SSP Jamshoro Tauqeer Mohammad Naeem.

He said that after prediction of recent rains, the provincial cabinet, MPAs, and local government representatives were asked to live in their areas to face the rain situation.

He said that he himself had looked after the rain situation and also visited the rain affected districts in Sindh. He said that within six to seven hours, the tasks of rain diverting from roads/ rain drained out was completed after rains in Karachi.

He said that few people were commenting against Sindh government by sitting in their homes but Sindh government had worked in better way in rain situation. He said that elected representatives were together with public in rain situation.

He said that in Hyderabad Mayor of MQM, three members of provincial assembly had appreciated the progress of Sindh government and district administration.

He said that relief camps were established in Matyari, Sijawal, Thatta and other rain affected districts for rain affected people. He said that RO plants will be started very soon. He said that due to none payments, the RO plants were not functioning.

Replying to a question about arresting of PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, he said that if was foolish of the authorities to even think about it. He said that former Chief Justice of Pakistan had ordered to delete his name and name of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari from ECL. He said that country was facing economic crises and to divert the attention of increasing economic crises, the actions were being taken against opposition parties. He said that more taxes were imposed on government employees in compare of their salaries. He said that it was big economic crises and Prime Minister Imran Khan has no capacity to face it.

Earlier, Sindh Chief Minister, Syed Murad Ali Shah went at grave of his father ex Sindh Chief Minister Syed Abdullah Shah, offered Fateha and laid floral wreaths. Before this Sindh Chief Minister met people at his residence and received their complaints and issued directive for resolutions.
