How do you keep yourself hydrated in Ramazan?

From iftari to sehri everyday, I try drinking at least two litres of water to keep my body hydrated. I also make sure that I consume at least a glass of electrolyte water everyday either before sehri or right after iftari.

What is the one food item that remains the staple in your home in Ramazan? Which one you avoid?

A bowl of fruits is must! I avoid samosas, pakkorras or any deep-fried item.

What is your gym routine like throughout the month?

I focus more on maintaining a balanced diet by consuming lots of fruits rather than hitting the gym.

How is your Eidul Fitr day like for every year? Will this year be any different? What are you wearing this year?

My typical Eid day is waking up in the morning and taking Eidi. The rest of the day is spent sleeping. But this year is not going to be the same like previous ones because I’ll be travelling this time.
