PTI MPA Shaharyar Shar while addressing press conference at Larkana Press Club here on Sunday has said, ‘Sindh is our mother, Sindh was one and InshAllah shall remain one. Conspiracies against Sindh failed in the past and will continue to fail in future.’

He said whenever elections are near, PPP and MQM always stage drama; one party raises this drama and another condemns it while both parties make people foolish. He said there are allegations of supporting Kalabag Dam but we have neither supported it nor have we talked about dividing Sindh. If such thing happened, I will resign from the MPA ship.

Shar said that PPP members do not allow us to talk in Sindh Assembly and they just keep on chanting slogans of Selected Prime Minister. He said thieves should not be pardoned, if speaker Agha Siraj Durrani has done any corruption then he should be punished. He said Prime Minister Imran Khan took over the country when it was destroyed, massively looted but he should be given time to bring the country on path of progress and development. He condemned the sealing of Sukkur Press Club adding he is not only with the journalists of Sukkur but all journalists of Sindh.

He said PPP leaders always claim they have brought change in Sindh and invite others to visit the province to see it for themselves. He said till to date, neither wheat procurement centers have been established nor Bardano has been procured which has forced the growers & tillers to sell their produce at cheaper rates and undergo huge losses. Shar said he will raise this issue in Sindh Assembly.

He said he felt extremely sorry after watching the roads & condition of Larkana where schools are closed. If this state of affairs is in Larkana then what development has been made in other districts? He said three teachers have been posted for 2,300 students of Government Degree College, Ubauro. He said there are no healthcare facilities with broken roads in and around Ubauro and asked what development PPP has made in Sindh over the last 11 years.

He said tribal feuds between Lund-Shar, Bhutta-Shar, and Panhwar-Shar have been settled and soon others will be taken on. He said no jirga is held for deciding infamous menace of Karo-Kari in his community. He urged the people of Sindh to eliminate social evils, get educated and stay united forever for real progress. He was accompanied by Khalid Hussain Shar, President, Shar Ittehad, Larkana District, Dr. Allah Bachayo Shar, Imran Shar and others.
