When it comes to Kashmiri tea, Lahoris will even devour similar flavoured cakes

Author: News Desk

You may hardly find someone who is not a lover of Kashimiri tea as it’s literally the heart of winters. Its colour, odour and taste take your heart. Keeping this in a mind, a restaurant in Lahore did something innovative and people are loving it. SCAFE Bistro recently introduced a localised cheesecake that incorporates the local zeal for Kashmiri chai, offering Kashmiri tea cheesecake. The cheesecake has been made by Micaela, who is from Chile, has been a pastry chef for 11 years now and while on her visit to Lahore close to the winter season, she created the Kashmiri tea cheesecake. The pink shade is already making us reminisce about our favourite kind of tea.
