You may hardly find someone who is not a lover of Kashimiri tea as it’s literally the heart of winters. Its colour, odour and taste take your heart. Keeping this in a mind, a restaurant in Lahore did something innovative and people are loving it. SCAFE Bistro recently introduced a localised cheesecake that incorporates the local zeal for Kashmiri chai, offering Kashmiri tea cheesecake. The cheesecake has been made by Micaela, who is from Chile, has been a pastry chef for 11 years now and while on her visit to Lahore close to the winter season, she created the Kashmiri tea cheesecake.
