Sir: Karachi is not the only city in the country that is suffering from a sever water crisis, but Gwadar is also facing the same fate. Before opening the Gwadar port, it was promised to the residents of the city that Gwadar will be made one of the developed cities in the country and be provided with all the basic civic facilities.
It was also promised that residents will be given jobs but they are still waiting for the end of their problems. There is no change in the poor plight of the city and citizens are suffering from the same problems that existed before the functioning of the port. Hence the government is requested to fulfil its promises of making Gwadar a modern city.
