Taking into consideration their form of late, former Real Madrid star Ivan Zamorano admits that Real Madrid are missing Cristiano Ronaldo in front of goal.
“It’s difficult to replace someone who scores over 50 goals a season. It’s impossible to find a man like Ronaldo because there is not any,” Zamorano said, according to Goal.
The former Madrid star added that the club should look for alternative ways to fill the void left by Ronaldo. “Ronaldo did not just score a great amount of goals, he did so on big occasions too.”
He, however, said he did not worry much about Madrid’s goal-drought saying that it is before time the likes of Gareth Bale, Karim Benzema and Marco Asensio start firing on all cylinders.

Zamorano also talked about the upcoming El Clasico and if Madrid coach Julen Lopetegui’s future hangs in the balance. “Clasicos are always big. It does not matter what kind of form you are in. Clasicos are always huge. When you sign up to manage Real Madrid, you must know coming second is failure.”
Ronaldo, who signed for Juventus this summer, scored a total of 450 goals in just 438 games, becoming the club’s all-time top goal scorer.
