ISLAMABAD: Gilgit Baltistan (GB) Council’s first budget session was held on Monday, with Governor Mir Ghazanfar Ali in the chair.
During the session, Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit Baltistan Minister Chaudhry Barjees Tahir presented a budget layout of Rs 1,521 million for next financial year.
In the next financial year, Rs 654 million will be spent on development projects, while Rs 626 million have been allocated for non-development expenditures.
