‘Teefa in Trouble’ to be released in over 25 countries

The much awaited romantic comedy, written and produced by Ali Zafar, “Teefa in Trouble” is set to be released world-wide tomorrow and in Pakistan. The anticipation for the movie that features Ali Zafar and Maya Ali has taken everyone by storm.

The upcoming Pakistani movie is not only for the local audience, international audience awaits the movie too. The promotions and marketing have been unique for any Pakistani movie that has come out before .It is Pakistan’s most expensive movie to date and the movie is going to release in over 25 countries worldwide in numerous languages.

The promotions of “Teefa in Trouble” took place in Lahore, UAE and UK where thousands of fans came to meet their beloved stars, Ali Zafar and Maya Ali. The image of Pakistani movies was boosted for the global film audience and industry as the global media featured Ali and Maya on their shows and the majority of them were featuring Pakistani celebrities for the very first time.

The film is mostly shot in Pakistan and Poland except for one song which is filmed in Bangkok. “Teefa in Trouble” will be released on July 20 in Pakistan under the banner of Geo Films. It will also be releasing in 25 countries, such as UK, and India as well as Russia, making it the first ever Pakistani film which will be released at a huge scale.
