CHAMAN: A District police officer (DPO) in Chaman, Sajid Khan Mohmand was martyred and 20 others were also wounded in an explosion near the Levies Headquarters on Monday morning.
Authorities stated that the attack was a suicide attempt and the DPO’s convoy was targeted, resulting in the martyrdom of Sajid Khan and injuring approximately 20 others.
The body of the martyr along with the injured has been shifted to the hospital.
Police stated that the bomber rammed his bike into the DPO’s vehicle and that his head and arms have already been found, meanwhile the DPO’s vehicle was badly damaged during the incident.
