LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif has constituted an inquiry committee to investigate into the firing outside a sessions court that left two lawyers dead and two injured on Tuesday.
The committee will be headed by Additional IG (Investigations) Malik Abu Bakar Khuda Bakhsh.
The committee will submit its comprehensive report to the chief minister in 48 hours after investigations. The committee will also submit its recommendations for improving the security of sessions court. The committee will also determine the aspect of negligence of security officials for taking necessary action against them.
