Two Afghan-based terrorists killed, says ISPR

RAWALPINDI: Two Afghan-based terrorists were on Monday killed in a successful operation in Bajaur while they were entering Pakistan through Kagha pass.

According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) department of Pakistan army, the terrorists belonged to Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and were cordoned near Ghatki Kagha, Mena Bajaur Agency.

ISPR Director General Major General Asif Ghafoor maintained that the terrorists tried to escape the scene but were killed by the security forces.

He told that suicide jackets, anti-tank missiles, magnetic mines, prepared remote controlled IEDs, remote control receivers, detonators and communication equipment baring Afghan mobile company signature were also recovered from the terrorists.
