KHAIRPUR: Sardar Khan Chandio and his brother, Burhan Khan Chandio appeared before the Anti-terrorism Court (ATC) Naushahro Feroze in triple murder case of Mehar Town.
The complainant, Pervez Chandio submitted an application before Court with a request to transfer case to ATC Hyderabad from ATC Naushahro Feroze. The Court adjourned to February 24.
On January 17, three family members including union council chairman, Karamullah Chandio and his two sons, Qabil Chandio and Mukhtiar Chandio were killed and a FIR was registered against chief of Chandio clan, Sardar Khan Chandio and others while accused were on bail.
