Lahore: Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday visited a tehsil headquarters (THQ) hospital in Raiwind. He went to different wards and inspected the state of facilities available for patients.

The chief minister directed the authorities concerned to immediately arrange a CT scan machine to be installed at the THQ hospital. He said steps should be taken to make operational dental and ENT clinics without any delay. Sharif also expressed displeasure over the presence of broken down heaters. When a patient complained about the absence of doctors, the chief minister sent for the officer and warned him that delinquency in discharge of duties would not be tolerated.
