LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister (CM) Shahbaz Sharif on Wednesday said that some politicians want to create instability among the nation with the politics of personal interests.
According to sources, Shahbaz met Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) leader and Member of National Assembly (MNA) Ghulam Bibi Bharwana during which both leaders discussed ongoing political situation in the country.
On the occasion, Shahbaz Sharif said that people will not allow anyone to hinder the development of the state. He added that the incumbent government has always prioritized national interests. We are successfully leading the country on the path of progress despite so many hurdles, he continued.
He said that those who are adopting politics for personal interests are actually doing enmity with the nation. He further asserted that Pakistan is not in a condition to afford confrontation.
