Sir: In the wake of a heated political situation and the strong agitation stance taken by Imran Khan, the government has once again offered negotiations to resolve political issues. It is an appreciable step on the part of the government that it desires a peaceful solution to this political turmoil going on in the country since August 14. It is expected that agitating political elements will also see the situation in a wise way and will reach a reform agenda agreement with the government. While fully accepting the justified and due political reforms, our country needs a peaceful political situation to be able to tread the path of promising development and prosperity.
