Investments from Qatar

Author: Daily Times

Sir: The initiative by the government of Nawaz Sharif to invite investments from Qatar in the power sector will have a positive impact on the economy of Pakistan as, currently, it is facing the worst form of energy crisis. It will help to end the load shedding problems within the country. I am surprised why such an initiative is being politically victimised by Imran Khan, who, prior to the execution of the deal, had already predicted that the Pakistan-Qatar deal involved some heavy financial corruption. I mean, how can he perceive all these things?
