Sir: I am ashamed to be called a Pakistani. The reason is that I just watched a programme on a private TV channel, where the anchor was asking uncouth and demeaning questions to a Hindu worshipper who was praying in a temple located in the slums of Karachi.
These vigilantes of the electronic media should mind their manners and not overstep the limits of decency for the sake of ratings. As a Pakistani, I protest to the TV channel and apologise to the Hindu community for the anchor’s thoughtless remarks.
