Sir: The residents of Malir are facing enormous problems due to the ongoing construction work at the Malir 15 flyover. The expected time of completion for the project was announced to be December 2014. However, its completion is nowhere in sight as the project has faced a number of delays due to the shortage of funds. Due to the construction work, commuters have been facing massive problems. They are unable to commute easily on the broken road. The concerned authorities must blacklist those developers and contractors who have failed to complete the project in time.
