RAWALPINDI – Foreign Ministry on Wednesday submitted written reply in the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) that US journalist Mark Segal would present for argument on January 20 in Benazir Bhutto murder case.
ATC judge Ayub Marth was hearing the case during which the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) prosecutor Azar Chaudhry and lawyer for accuses Malik Jawad completed their argument before the judge in the case.
The argument on a petition filed in the court for summoning another prosecutor’s witness Ashfaq Khan was completed. The court reserved the verdict in the petition and adjourned the hearing till December 07.
