Author: Daily Times Monitor

As the first look of the sequel to ‘Tere Bin Laden’ was released, it contained no sign of Pakistani actor Ali Zafar, who played the lead actor in the first film.

Zafar’s first ever Bollywood flick ‘Tere Bin Laden’ from 2010 did manage to garner rave reviews from critics and helped him to secure better projects in the future. However, the film was banned in Pakistan owing to the sensitive plot of the film. The first look from the sequel to ‘Tere Bin Laden’, titled ‘Tere Bin Laden: Dead Or Alive’ was released and it did not feature Zafar at all.

According to the poster of the film ‘Tere Bin Laden: Dead Or Alive’ will release on February 2016. Manish Paul will play the lead role in the movie and it was he who had Tweeted the first look of the film.

Even actor, director and producer Karan Johar Tweeted that he was dying to see the sequel of the film.

It could be due to the fact that Zafar is busy with his upcoming Pakistani film ‘Deosai’. The original ‘Tere Bin Laden’ was a spoof of Osama Bin Laden.
