ISLAMABAD – Islamabad District Court while giving time to the lawyers for completion of arguments in Ghazi Abdul Rashid murder case has adjourned the hearing of the case till February 6.
Rashid murder case came up for hearing in the court of Additional and District Sessions Judge Pervez Al-Qadir Memon on Saturday.
During the course of the hearing of the case, counsel for Rashid, Tariq Asad, raised objection over medical report in respect of former president Pervez Musharraf saying that the report has not been issued by some government hospital but it has been prepared by a private clinic. Therefore, two-hour time be given to him to present evidence on this report.
Raising objection upon it, counsel for Musharraf said that he has to go to pursue an important case, therefore, hearing be adjourned till next date. The court directed the counsels to complete their arguments on next hearing so that final decision could be announced.
