PESHAWAR – A youth shot to death a girl before killing himself over the issue of engagement here at posh Hayatabad area on Wednesday.
According to Hayatabad police, a youth named Mehmood Zeb entered a house in Phase 1 and shot dead a girl. Soon after killing the girl Mehmood Zeb committed suicide by shooting himself on the scene.
Police said Zeb wanted to marry the girl he killed however her parents had refused the proposal. Police have taken the weapon of murder into custody and started further investigation.
