ISLAMABAD – Parts of Pakistan including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi and Lahore received heavy downpour on Friday.
The Met Office has forecast widespread rain with snowfall over the hills is expected in Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar, Kohat, Mardan divisions, FATA, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Gujranwala, Lahore, Faisalabad, Sahiwal divisions, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir, while at scattered places in Bannu, DIKhan divisions, Quetta, Kalat, Zhob, and Sibbi divisions.
Isolated light rain is also likely in DG Khan, Multan, Bahawalpur and Sukkur divisions. Snowfall predicted in Chitral, Kalam, Malamjabba, Dir, Swat, Kaghan, Naran, Shangla, Murree, Gillyat, Neelum valley, Skardu, Astore, Diamer, Ghizer and Ghanche on Saturday.
