Rangers to seek Interpol help against culprits of Karachi violence

KARACHI – Paramilitary Ranger Commanders and the other security agencies officials have decided to intensify ongoing operation against elements involved in gangland and political violence in Karachi by seeking Interpol help on Wednesday here, a private TV channel reported.

Sources told that a high level meeting attended by all the Wing Commanders of Rangers and other security officials on Tuesday decided to seek help of the federal government to contact Interpol for the arrest and deportation of gangsters and members of militant wing of a political party.

According to the channel – in the meeting – the direction was given for arresting the key commanders of Lyari Gangwar Ustad Taju and Baba Ladla.
