Four illegal gateways exchanges unearthed in Gujranwala

GUJRANWALA – The Central Investigation Agency (CIA) police unearthed four illegal gateways exchanges, arrested four culprits besides recovering laptops and other tools.

DSP Imran Abbas said that responding to public complaints, the CIA police conducted operation in Peoples’ Colony, Farid Town, Kotawali and Jahar Town areas of Gujranwala during which unearthed four illegal gateway exchanges.

He said that during the operation four culprits running the gateway exchange were also apprehended with laptops, mobile phone SIMs and other equipments.

The recovered apparatus was taken into custody and the police after registering cases against the detainees have started an investigation.
