PM approves action plan to improve human rights situation

ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has approved an action plan to improve human rights situation in the country.

According to the plan, an amount of four hundred million rupees will be provided for human rights education, sensitization, awareness, research and communication.

150 million rupees will be allocated during the current fiscal year through a supplementary grant while 250 million rupees through budgetary allocations in the next fiscal year.
