It could be you : The ideal job for the smartphone generation

Author: Daily Times Monitor

We’re going to go out on a limb here and say this is probably the coolest job ever and if you consider yourself a binge-watching fanatic and Instagrammer extraordinaire, you’re probably already qualified. Netflix, the streaming service we all love to love is on the hunt for four new employees to travel the world and document behind-the-scenes TV and film action, and they’re looking to Instagram to find the perfect people for the job. The four new hires will get to spend two weeks visiting sets of shows and movies, including Netflix originals in Europe and the Middle East, taking photos behind the scenes and sharing them on Instagram. As if that experience, on Netflix’s dime, wasn’t enough of an incentive, the company will also pay the lucky travellers $2,000 a week.

Getting excited yet? Here’s even better news, the application doesn’t require a resume or a cover letter! Rather, you just need to follow Netflix on Instagram, and show off your top-notch Insta photography by adding the hashtag #grammasters3 to your three best photos by March 6. “We’re looking for TV and movie fans with a talent for taking pictures, for a role we call Grammaster,” Netflix’s site reads. “Choose photos that show off your interests or passions.”

Netflix says, “Grammasters will go to iconic film and television locations to take photos. They may even visit the sets of Netflix originals or other awesome shows and films”. Looks like we’ll be spending the rest of the day doing a deep-dive into our Instagram portfolio.
