LAHORE – The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) foiled a bid to smuggle heroin filled capsules to Jeddah and arrested two culprits at Lahore Airport on Wednesday.
The ANF sources said that during screening of two passengers leaving for Jeddah through a private airline at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore, 70 heroin filled capsules swallowed both by them were found in their stomach after they were screened.
The two passengers stated to be mother and son were off loaded from the flight and shifted to hospital for recovery of the heroin filled capsules.
